Hi my name is Michelle Shah and I’m a Personal Trainer & Dietitian at Raw Fitness Health Club!

I certainly do enjoy challenging individuals to improve their health and fitness through strategic nutrition and training . These two areas when combined are essential in not only attaining aesthetic goals (weight loss or Muscle gain) but the prevention and management of NCDs (non communicable diseases).

I have worked with a variety of clients with Co-morbidities (diabetes, hypertension etc) and injuries.
